Fill the jar
Loosely fill the mason jar โ
full with dried lemon balm. Don't pack it down โ the leaves need room to circulate.

Cover with vodka
Pour vodka over the leaves until fully covered with 2 inches of liquid on top. Seal tightly.

Steep
Store in a dark cabinet for 4-6 weeks, shaking every few days. The liquid will become a soft golden-green.

Strain and use
Strain through cheesecloth into a dropper bottle. Take ยฝ to 1 dropperful as needed for stress, or 30 minutes before bed for sleep.
