Rinse thoroughly
Rinse dried sea moss under cool running water until the water runs clear. This removes salt and any debris.

Soak
Submerge in 2 cups of spring water with the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours. The moss will expand 3-4x in size and turn pale.

Blend
Drain and rinse the soaked moss. Add to a blender with 1 cup fresh spring water. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.

Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate. Take 1-2 tbsp daily in smoothies, oatmeal, or applied as a face mask. Lasts 3-4 weeks refrigerated.
